手繪萬花圓碟

10.5寸藍色手繪萬花圓碟 🌼萬花的傳承🌸 粵東磁廠停止繪製萬花瓷器超過30年，現存的萬花碟大部分都是50年代至80年代的產品。 粵東磁廠第二代傳人曹榮樞希望這經典的廣彩圖案能傳承下去，決定再次生產萬花瓷器產品。為減輕人手不足和更容易生產，他吩咐孫女曹嘉彥重畫萬花的線條，採用貼印技術將萬花印到瓷器上，經過第一次燒製後，以人手在線的輪廓內填釉色，創造出花朵顏色的漸變和層次，營造透薄效果，此工序稱為「洗色」。完成彩繪後，送入窰爐，以攝氏八百度燒成廣彩瓷器。 🌸🌼The Rebirth of Thousand Flowers Plate🌷🌹🌻 It has been three decades since Yuet Tung China Works last produced the Thousand Flowers Series. Most of the Thousand Flowers porcelain wares in stock were made in the 1950s -1980s. Mr. Tso Wing Shui, owner of Yuet Tung China Works, hopes that this traditional Guangcai Thousand Flowers pattern can be passed down, he instructed his granddaughter, Martina, to outline the Thousand Flowers pattern on decal in lieu of hand painting in order to alleviate labour shortage and facilitate production. Then, the senior guangcai painter, continues coloring the new Thousand Flowers plate by hand at the factory.
